Just thinking were to get it and when day before etc

4 hours before high water should give you about an hour to get enough.

Were do you suggest getting it from mate? Was going to get there for low water? Only been pumping 3 times so still a bit dodgy like!

You see people pumping on the drive before the tide starts to flood in.

Maybe so but anglers coming along will make that choice and might like the heads up. Last time I fished there had quite a few gurnards on crab , small, but still a pleasure to catch. Nice to have options if the bass aren't there.

i am planning on going to this fish n meet but maybe not be able to get to perch rock early enough, which is the Tgroyne is it by the double slip or further along

From Perch Rock turn right and pass the shops/Morrisons/Travel Lodge e.t.c...you will come to a roundabout with an effing big clown in the middle...go straight on up to the next roundabout and do a u-turn,then after 50yds you will see a set of steps on the prom...park up just before the steps.

Get the most out of these meets,and remember there is no such thing as a stupid question. Bluecat (Mick) has done well for some good size rays on our last couple of sessions,so if he turns up you could do worse than checking out his rigs/baits/presentation and clock how far he casts.......Prawnster (Shaun) has done well for bass off Harrison Drive,so check his gear out too.....all of the lads are only too happy to help out in any way they can,so don`t be shy.
