Rag worm colecting.

Is it possable to collect your own rag worm i have never hear of any one doing it an i think it would be better than bying it from tasker's. If any one knows how to do it please let me know.

the problem with collecting rag is location, the nearest place that you can realistically collect rag is wales( there are small pockets of it around caldy apparently but exactly were i have no idea)

the stuff in taskers is farm bred and whilst i think it is ok a for float fishing in the summer for wrasse i would rather use proper rag, that is as thick as your finger and very aggressive, chris,moreton angling centre was doing it last year, give him a pm

Certainly is, but no longer in this area as far as I know.

North Wales is probably the best bet.

Someone will probably be along with more detail later.

FYO- There used to be cracking rag beds in front of Vale Park and also at Harrison Drive...

you better off buying it for now muff till you come to wales and we going out to get some will teach you how and were but its for fishing not for profit

svenbren cheers keep me up to date with that an i understand that its for fun an not profit.

this is a question when where the groynes built? i dont realy fish the wirral side much due to lack of transport.
