Directions:- Cross Over the Brittania Bridge (A55) staying on the dual carriageway for about 16 miles to the Y Fali/Trearddur Bay turn-off. Follow the B4545 towards Trearddur Bay. This will take you to the crossroads in Y Fali where you need to turn left, going past the Spar shop and over the level crossing, then over the A55 dual carriageway, over Four Mile Bridge and on towards Trearddur Bay itself. Parking is opposite the Spar shop, or further on by the Lifeboat station.

Fishing on the left (south side) of the bay is best from the big mast onwards towards Raven’s point. Pollock off the rocks to live rag, hokais, float etc and plaice in the early summer off the end of the beach again to live rag. Fishing off the right is again mainly Pollack again to live rag and hokais. Occasionally at both marks you may get other species including bass to sandeel, wrasse and now and again even garfish. The local Spar shop sells bait and a wide range of tackle, but to make sure of live bait you need to get there early. The guy who runs it is the local councillor and is also a keen angler so is a good source of current 'hot-spots' especially bass-wise.
