Longest Fish Pool.............Gary Swift - Plaice 28cm (£9)

A very tough day at the office considering how normally prolific this venue is however it was not to be with everyone struggling to find fish and scratching around for bites.

No Hounds or Rays showed for anybody and the biggest fish on the day was a 28cm Plaice for Gary Swift which coupled with another fish saw him take 3rd place, Mark Davies in 2nd who scratched for 94cm and the winner was Roy Schofield managed a very respectable 176cm in the conditions.

No pictures of Dabs or Whiting along with a solitary Dogfish.

Onto the next one.......quickly!

That area between the lighthouse and the green buoy worth avoiding. There is a huge snag out there, Dave R and I both encountered it several times
