Might get there a touch earlier, then go crabbing, and if successful, fish the low at Harrison Drive on the way home  Fish Dinas til 3am,and get out on the bank by 6am (low water @8.30am)...loads of bass and double figure hounds

I'm up for it - not sure about the crabbing though - spent 2hrs on the crab fields last week and only managed about 20 very small peelers

We got a few on Sat,and the tides were`nt great.....bigger this week,so should see more on the beach....you should get enough for a session ;) Might as well kill a bit of time,as there`ll prob be a bit of weed in the water after these winds,so we won`t be able to start fishing early anyway :D

got to penmamauer about 630 dug some lovelly worm then went crabbing had a bear in the dingles then off to the tower only to be met with a locked gate with two blokes standing guard and telling us we couldnt come in and had to apply for a permit which would cost about £70 a year so we parked up and deceided to walk it fishing wasnt up to much but still had about 11 bass between me kevin dave w lee andkarl

I know they lock the gate after 8pm in summers every year, but I use to have the combinations for the lock :D not anymore :(
Now they want £70 a year   So those fairy tales I heard last month had come true :(

That`s the first time i`ve known the gate to be locked....apparently there was a big party going on at the Fort, which is prob why they did`nt want any GATE crashers   the walk`s not too bad anyway
