Stadt Moers 2

I'm home for a long weekend and instead of sitting about the house this evening I decided to take a trip to Stadt Moers again.

I didn't mess about and my proven fish catcher the Toby went straight on, its a confidence thing and while I'm learning where the fish are I need something I know catches fish instead of getting all experimental

Half a hour in I got a nice take fishing the lure sink and draw



A better fish than my last effort

I carried on fishing with the toby and had a few more takes but didn't connect with any fish, however I at one point managed to connect to a snag and it was bye bye shiney metal

I decided as I'd had a fish I would play with some surface lures and see if they would entice a strike... 10 minutes later and the midges where swarming so I called it a day.

Im thinking of going back tomorrow and giving it a go with soft plastics rigged weedless so I can get right into them snags These short trips are nice when you dont have time to do a full on sesh

My mates had a 17lber dead baiting in there so they are about, just a matter of time
