Hi guys,
I have a chance to pick one of these up for sensible money, but I am not sure if it is a "proper, usable fishing rod" or just an unforgiving casting pole.
Can any of you lads pass on any advice please?
Thanks in advance
Stan

I had one... According to Century they were good for about 100 full blown tournament casts before "Delamination" could set in..(I have the E-Mail from them about it somewhere). No way under fishing conditions would the rod be put under any real stress..Stanjagman wrote:Hi guys,

Right the rod... Unless your prepared to pull your shoulder out eveytime you get it wrong don't bother! but once mastered and coupled with a Mag converted ABU rocket It'll go for miles.....
One more thing.. Bite indication at long range is non-existent.
