beach rods

Post by paulh »

I cant decide which rod to buy between the sonik sk3 and the any fish anywhere 6+ bait. They both get very good reviews, however, I ve heard that the rings on the anyfish/anywhere arnt up to the job. Thoughts please. : :? :? :?

I have the "anyfish anywhere 12' 6 and bait (Thanks Macman).
The original eyes were carp, so The Fisherman in Birkenhead re-whipped fuji's on it for not a lot of money. Now it's a superb 12 footer on a par with the top marques.

six + bait now comes with fuji rings, great rod. richie and Jags both swear by the sonic rods and they go up to 15ft in length.

both rods are very good for the price, I think the 6+ bait is a bit stiffer 8)
