Daiwa Longbeam/ Longbeam Surf

Hi All.

I`m thinking of having a bit of a rod change. I was looking at the Daiwa Longbeam Beachcaster / Longbeam Surf.

Does anyone own or have used any of these rods?

How do they perform?

any advise would be greatly welcomed.

In light of the current info i think i`ll give this particular rod a miss!

Rods snapping on me will not liekly improve my current blanking stretch!!

The rods poo mate if you want a decent rod fella go for a abu suveran 5-8oz there brilliant rods, strong and very good at bite sensitivity a good all round rod you will probebly pick one up new for ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£140 ish hope this helps ive had mine 5 years and ive never had a problem yet
