Directions:- Cross Over the Brittania Bridge (A55) staying on the dual carriageway for about 16 miles to the Y Fali/Trearddur Bay turn-off. Follow the B4545 towards Trearddur Bay. This will take you to the crossroads in Y Fali where you need to turn left, going past the Spar shop and over the level crossing, then over the A55 dual carriageway and on towards Four Mile Bridge.

The best fishing is on the far side of the bridge. To the south is a flat marshland type area. At low tide about 50m from the bridge, you will see the mullet feeding on the surface. You will also pick up the occasional bass up to 5lbs to dexter lures or spinning live prawn or live sandeel, a bit further along the marsh flounder at low and on a nice evening sea trout to fly. This is also a major fish breeding area and if you take a walk along the marsh edges you will see hundreds of flounder,dab & plaice fry.

To the northern side of the bridge in the channel bass on an incoming tide ( flowing north) and the mullet shoal who move that side of the bridge as the tide turns.

You will see people fishing off the bridge itself into the through-flow, trying for bass. Waste of time. The water is moving to fast and with too much force.
