Me and Sy will be at the steps on sat morn

Cant check the tides cos the site has reached it's monthly limit wotever that means

Maybe the bill aint bin paid

But if anyone fancies a bit of dab/whiting bashing we will be there, And who knows a nice cod might even show it's face

But don't count on it

I reckon you`re more likely to land an eel than a cod m8, but you never know

Instead I`m gonna do Vale park again.... right now!

Low tide 6.30pm tonight. So I`ll do 4.30 (or when I get there) to around 8.00 - 8.30.
Got some blow lug this morning and I want to use it up while it`s fresh.

If you come down I`ll be the one sneezing

Right-o. I stood me ground* with the missus and insisted that I go fishing Saturday morning so I`ll see you there.

* "Stood me ground" = washed the dishes, hoovered up, cooked me own tea and promised to spend more time with the grandkids.

Well I was there, where were you two?

There were loads fishing, including some kids from a club in the North End of Birkenhead. It`s some sort of local club for disadvantaged or special needs kids.
Fishing 11.30 to 2.30, my bag was 9 dabs and 1 flounder on lug/suey/mack cocktails. Most were returned to fight another day.

Unfortunately I was pegged next to a family of scumbags I know well.

There`s no way I was going to walk away from my gear - even for a minute!
