Round 4 results

Round 4 saw us at Guinea Gap fishing over high water 19 turned out for this one and the weather was good fishing started slow with lots of rubbish and weed coming up the river but fish were being caught from one end to the other with hounds showing but not in numbers and once the tide turned we had to contend with the weed and rubbish coming back down the river soon enough All in was called and we made are way back to the car's All cards returned and the results were in
1st was Dave Lunt with 5 fish for 277cm
2nd went to spike who had 7 fish for 171cm
3rd was Gary swift with 4 fish for 148cm
4th Rob turner
5th Brian roper
6th Chris James
7th Ross Goulding
8th Adam Roper
9th Mark Davies
10th billy McLintock

Biggest fish went to Dave Lunt with a hound of 101cm
Smallest fish went to spike with a 19cm plaice
In total there were 43 fish caught including 7 hound's
The next match is at Brunswick 21st of July
2017 Bass 2.7lbs / S Hound 11.8lbs
2018 Huss 9.15lbs :doh:
2019 Conger 13lbs 12oz
2020 Tope 44lbs 9oz
2021 Gilt-head Bream 12oz
2022 Coley 2lbs 6oz / Bass 3lbs 14oz / Turbot 9oz / Mullet 2lbs 6oz / SE Ray 3lbs 15oz / Sole 1lb .5oz

Species--- Bass,ray,smoothhound,starry smoothhound,plaice,flounder,dab,LSD,huss,whiting,coddling,mackeral,pout,pollock.

Thanks for the interesting report Dyl, always plenty of fish caught when I dont go :roll:
I am off to France for a month soon so hope to see y'all in september. :wave:
