pumping at Ainsdale Sunday August 6th

For anyone wanting to get in to pumping before the winter hits, I'll be walking out at 8.30am (low water 10am).to get a few linfords in the freezer. :D

Good luck Kev as we all know you will probably end up on your own / everyone has GOOGLE in their back pocket knower day's so know everything about everything :doh: :doh: :doh:

Forecast still looks ok for this,if anyone wants to come along.....final decision will be posted at 8pm on Sat,just in case the weather changes ;)

I wouldn’t mind tagging along l have made a pump and would appreciate some advice l have had a go and did manage some worms.

Alright Carl if you turn left at the mini roundabout just before the entrance to the beach you'll come to a parking area at the dead end of the road.

Tony Holland is joining us too....he was there a month ago and took a fork too and dug 140 razor as well....i had thought of bringing a couple of large milk bottles loaded with salt (fill with sea water on the beach) but i`ll bring a fork instead :thumbsup:

Not a bad first session for 6 months,managing 120 worms and dug 40 razors....nice to meet Carl H,and we were joined by Tony Holland,our Stan and met Kev Brady when we got out there,who i have`nt seen for a few years....thankfully the rain stayed off. I`ll be out again on the spring tides,looking for more razor. 8)

Nice one that lot will last a while / I just say shell fish now :shock: as they are clamping down on you collecting them :evil: jobs worth's
