Not the weekend putting bifolds in taking patio doors out 2.1 by 1.9 and putting bifolds in 2.1highx3.1 long all brownie points for Ireland later in the year

Looks a bit stormy at times this weekend. Might try and get out for the low on Monday afternoon in the Mersey? Not sure if this logic holds for the Mersey but when I used to fish the Kent coast the beaches came alive the days following a good blow. Am a river novice so might well be hogwash!
Re: Who out fishing over the weekend
Me and Gaz fished Pensarn today, 3hrs up to HW, and as long as we could stand it.
Gaz, smallest Whiting I've ever seen
Myself, a Super Dab, and an Awesome Rockling.
Entertainment for today, Gaz trying out his new Conti Rod, with braid on the Shimano Reel, first cast, Seagull gets well and truly tied up in the braid.
What a sight, me with my towel over the birds head, holding the Flaming Seagull, and Gaz, trying to unravel the braid, around it's wings twice round it's neck, it's legs, proper job

Made some losable rigs ,borrowed some bolts from work for rottin bottoms
was planning for eastham slab , but didn’t fancy taking on storm ‘Malik’….bites are hard enough to see as it is !!
Then couldn’t get lug anyway , which I feel we need at the moment too .
Anyway guys and gals , nice tides and convenient times for perch rock ,coming next week .gonna wait til then and pay a few visits at the latter end of the week .
p.s.respect to anyone who’s out this weekend, and good luck if you are !

I got in a grand total of 5min fishing today before the farmer told me I can't fish there on the mark by the sports club due to idiot anglers leaving rubbish in his field so I asked kev to take post with the directions down very sad fished there since I was a lad but I can't blame the farmer
