Weather`s still all over the place,so the plan is to make my mind up on Friday....Borth,Cymyran,Cumbria,Holderness,Runswick Bay.....one of those will be getting a visit

Decent tides next weekend too witch fishes best on a bigger tide

Rising spring tides are often the most productive...primarily i want to target small eyed rays,as my fishing partner Lee,who got back in to fishing last year,has never caught one,so Borth/Ynyslas or Cymyran are favourites...Cymyran is less susceptible to weed,but it`s a hard mark to fish with a brute of a walk...Ynyslas is a doddle to fish with parking next to the beach. Cod have been showing on the Cumbrian marks,and Braystones is a beach that can fish well in a s/w breeze,it`s wether it`s gunna be tooo strong I like the Holderness coast and the forecast s/w wind will be ok,it`s just how much of a swell the midweek northerlies will put up...always fishes better when it`s flat. Runswick is a place i`ve been meaning to get to for a while ...can fish in any state,though seems to be best when there`s a big northerly swell running....whatever happens it will be a good trip out...hopefully the dogs n thornies will move off the Mersey marks soon
