IP ban??

I keep getting the message a ban has been placed on my IP addresses?? and then it appears my account was also deleted?

I have re-registered under the same username, but am wondering how and why I got banned when i hadnt even posted anything!

I am now having to access the forum via a proxy IP as i cant do it off my home IP!!

My IPv6 is 2a02:c7f:a60f6177:b940:ea7a:1267

amd my IPv4 is 176.26.169.74

I am sure this is an oversight or one of the automatic board setting has had a brain fart, but as a new member, it is somewhat off putting to be banned before i even get started!!
