Hi Folks, trying to set up my Samsung S5, but it keeps telling me my AndyJ is not registered as a user name, and my email isn't recognised.
Any ideas please?

I'm using Android and have no problems.
Just a guess - do you have "Keep me signed in" ticked?
If so, it could be that it won't allow you to be signed in twice, once on PC and once on phone.
Other than that, dunno!

Gaz also uses his Samsung to access the forum without problems so I'm puzzled as to what the problem is.

I'm permanently signed in on 3 pc's and have no issues so it's worth trying but I doubt that that's the issue.

Have you tried tapatalk Andy? It might the easiest solution.
