NWASAC Two Day Open. Otterspool, 15/16th Nov. 180 Anglers ( 90 ) each day
England International Bill Lindfield was on fire going into this match ,having won Two multi day matches in weeks previous including the SAMF masters for the 2nd time. Malcolm Stote drew Bill two average pegs, with codling and whiting Bill turned these into a 1st and 2nd in zone winning the event overall on 3 pts..
Welsh International and former world Champion Alan Price was a close 2nd and Garry Reid a regular angler from the isle of man was 3rd both on 4 pts.

It was nice to see Steve Duffy there and even nicer of him to push my trolley to my peg ( im getting a bit old now )
He stayed and chatted and helped me set up my gear, what a kind gent
Did look out for my knight at 7pm
, but he wasnt there, probably still sitting in the row at west kirby.
