paint or reflector strip

Post by halfprice »

Hi
i need to take off my old reflector strip off my rod tip as its been on for years.
What i would like to know is should i replace it with some more reflector strip if so which is best
or
should i paint it.There again..... if so, just standard white paint, or some sort of reflector paint.......

reflector tape is best takes a while but i cut it into smal thin strips and roll round the rod leaving 1" gap between each strip start under the tip eye then down to the third eye when using a headlamp you can do the flounder walk and still see it from a good distance ;) you can get two rods done with the tape costs around £1.75p ;)

painting the rod can weaken the section depending on the base of the paint your using ;)
do you need a scaffold i can supply and erect tube and fitting/mobile fixed pasma scaffolds
