I decided to go into My local shop today, Waynes tackle in Preston to pick up a few bits and pieces and grab my worms for tomorrows session with Tom. Wayne mentioned that he had some Anyfish Anywere rods in stock a couple of weeks ago. Ive been looking at rods for a few weeks and been stuck between a Zippy a Century or an Anyfish Anywhere rod. At this point i had no intention of buying a rod i just wanted a look and a quick play. After speaking to Shacky and Dave at the weekend i had to have a closer look at The AFAW rods. It was no suprise to find he only had 1 left. It was the AFAW Big Beach rod 14ft,. To cut a long story short the rrp is between £239 and £270, He had it marked down to £190. I was thinking bargain but can i really justify buying 1 right now, well after he had a quick chat with his wife (THE REAL BOSS) he said its mine for £170. Wot more can i say than BARGAIN. To top it off there getting me a T-Shirt and hoody to advertise their shop, oh well. Best catch some fish with it tomorrow now.
