Looking for rod advice...

Post by hursty321 »

Hey guys,

Started getting back into my fishing recently and looking to actualy get some decent gear.

I fish locations on anglesey, Ravens point, Breakwater, Ty-Croes, Rhoscolyn. So rocky coasts and some can be snaggy.

I want a fairly stiff rod, one with a good casting capabilities and good quality. I heard the Torriz P2 is a good rod but unsure wherether i could get the full potentiel out of it.

Budget is up to £150 but would rather spend around £100 if theres not much difference.

Any advice/pointers would be fantastic
