Was fishing townhall today (report will be up in next few days) and i was putting alot of power into my Abu Enticia Pro rod and it snaped clean in half carbon everywhere only had it for a month or so. Got to get a new one what would u lot suggest for around £60-£80 mark.

Fladen......................Bought mine, top of the range, £17 Nothing wrong with it, it just seems to go to marks where the fish are not hungry

i know everyone is just having a joke with the lad,but some people just cant go out and buy top of the range gear at the drop of a hat...so the lad has to make do with what he has(or had).i started out using oops gear and ok it was carp but it got me out fishing,and in time you progress onto better tackle...

so i think there is a place for cheaper budget rods,and if they get people into angling am all for them i say....

anyway richie my abu is getting a bit on the battered side now
