can a ratchet be fitted

Hi i have an abu 6500 ct sports mag which i really like only trouble is i like to put it on my 6lb class kenzaki & use it on the boat for bass.As you can guess come time for cuppa & grub fish tugs & you miss it because if you didnt see it theres no ratchet or line out alarm call it what you will does anyone know if one can be fitted all advice would be much appreciated

I think you could swap the left side with that of a blue yonder or Abu 6500 Power Handle Left Side Plate and remove the mag mechanism. You'd also need the clicker gear (part No. 19373).

I had a load of them, but Bren asked me for them, so I gave them all to him.

He loves bells.

yep john threw them into the sea ;)

jaygo e only likes a certain bell does are bren yea the dinner bell
do you need a scaffold i can supply and erect tube and fitting/mobile fixed pasma scaffolds

Spoke to Pete and he said it cannot be done on the 6500 sports as the sides are bevelled
