Bron Effion

Post by bft »

Saturday 1st May ,went to Bron Effion at Cricceth on the LLyn peninsular.Opens 0800 to Dusk £8 a day Feed pellets £3 for a big bag. Fished the pole at 6 mts and down the edge, feeding micro pellets .on the hook using soft hookers (sonubaits) and corn on the hook ,none stop action all day catching F1s ,Mirrors ,Ghosties, bream, big roach, a few barble and 1 eel, had to drag my mate Nigel off the water at 6pm as his one last cast kept turning into yet another carp , the place is absolutley solid and all the fish are in top condition and the setting is really nice.you have got to constantly feed your swim as theres that many fish they soon mop it up and it will go quiet until you feed again.Toilet on site but no cafe, got to be one of if not the best course fishery in North wales, well worth a visit.

Used to fish it a lot, you don't even need the pole just fish the top 4 sections to hand ( like a 4 meter whip ). None stop action all day.
