Rings on anyfish anywhere?

Post by muzz »

Looking at buying the 6 & bait in the very near future but have read about the rings being of poor quality.

Does anyone know if they have been upgraded on the newer models?

The new models have fuji, the old ones weren't that bad unless you drop them.

did you drop it on the breakwater ?

Rings are cheap to get done, I wouldnt worry. I've still got your spare spool here as well for that reel.

oh yeah. just to make it clear,, Muzz got the rod a year ago off me and bust the rings last week... not that he bought it last week and broke it already :) lol

Shacky has the new 13ft multi model, he says it's a good rod.
If you get one Muzz, I'll take you on the field and have a few chucks with it and the multi. 8)
