parkers bury

just started fishing it, had a go at spinning and caught a 5 pound pike , first go.
does any one else fish this lodge ? any tips

cheers, behind the small b and q at bury. off newbold street. a bit hard to find if you dont know were it is

There's Pike to 20lb plus in there Simon 8) Fished it for years when I was in Bury Anglers,usual Pike tactics either ledgered or float fished smelt,sprats,macky herring but dont use any livebait you may catch as Mate of mine got a real bollocking for using small live roach.When spinning we found the best lure was a dark and light green jointed plug was the best lure :idea: Hope this helps Pal ;) ;)

8) nice one ;) there's a fishinshop on ainsworth rd, im told that you can get a permit for a few different venues dont now the price or venues but there local to the shop :idea: ;) hope this helps not being a maggot drowner :lol: ;) ;)

east lancs permit covers you on parkers and a few others, £25 for the year and £2 for a key to the gate . well worth it
