With the crabs in the Mersey doing over time I desided to meet stu and head off to Treaddur bay for some pollock but there was a bit off a swell on I managed two polock the biggest being 13 oz but it became too rough with the rising tide so we headed off to llanbadrig for some conger Arrived on high water and a pod of dolphin,s about 50 yards out Stu was fist in whith two poor cod then I took a small dog then darkness fell and Stu had a nice dog of 2ld 8oz I took 7 conger argund 1lb to 3lb range Stu hooked a big one but the fish took to the first snag it could find my rod banging like crazy and halled a nice huss 8lb and what a better way to wrap up 2006 and not a crab in sight

There was a small school of dolphins working an area about 100 yds offshorein the afternoon too. That was nice to see, I've never caught sight of them so close in before.
