Swivel sizes?

Can anyone point me towards a size chart for swivels please. I never know what size to ask for.

What are you using them for? For my rigs i use size 10`s for the hooklengths

Size 10 are the smallest in this pic..........................

They increase in size from 10..7..3..1/0..2/0

Probably a 2/0 but there`s better swivels for that rig now..they cause less stress on the line....if i can find a pic i`ll put it up

Can`t think of the name of them,but they are like actual pulleys with wider doings so your line does`nt get damaged

Yorkshire Puddin posted a pic of them somewhere...i look tomorrow coz i`m off to the beach now

If you think different hook firms have funny ideas about what size a 1/0 hook should be,swivels will really do your head in

I have the identical size swivel (quite likely made in the same factory even) that is sold as a size 8 by one firm a size 4 by another a size 10 by a third firm and a size 12 by another

So if you want swivels its far better to say "about this big" and put your finger and thumb to work

I buy my swivels from Gemini. You can't go wrong, they only do two sizes, 80lb for your rig body and 45lb for your snoods
