I doubt there`s much i can tell you about this mark that you don`t already know,but for anyone new to it you will more than likely need a dab n ray combo to be in the mix...odd dogs will still be around and no doubt there`ll be plenty of whiting...some good conger have come out over the years,and some have been lost as they attack hooked whiting,so it`s always worth a punt with the correct gear and a larger bait. With low water @4.15pm,the main ray feeding period will prob` be from 3pm,though as we all know anything can happen at any time. 99% of the flatfish caught will be dabs which are often in numbers in some areas,but scarce in others,so as the matches are all rovers,don`t be shy to move if it`s not happening where you are 
As for where to fish,personally i would never fish to the right of the brazil buoy (straight in front as you come around the fort)as from the buoy and to the left have proven over many years to be far more productive.Usual combos of fishy n squid baits will work well for the rays and black lug/blow lug on it`s own or with razor or bluey will give you a good chance of dabs...wellies or thigh waders are the way to go,as the sand can be a bit soft n wet early on.
