Going after the hounds again on Sunday afternoon,if anyone fancies it Getting there around 1.30pm so i can get out asap

i am going with 2 fren tomorrow. IF my frens wake up on time, then we will arrive Harrison Drive before 1:30pm.

After reading loads of catch reports at Harrison Drive at good tides, can't wait to go there.

There`s good numbers of big hounds showing now,so i`ll be out there on Sat evening (providing i get crabs)...if anyone wants to meet up,then let me know
Sunday morning is also on the cards

got told they were getting the hounds on squidy as well, or is crab essential. saturday would be good (never fished for the hounds) does this make me a hound virgin??? What time will you be getting there

I'd be up for some of that on saturday what time are you going. I've no chance of getting any crab- what other baits might score? never fished for these b4- any advice??

If i can get crab (i`ll post Sat lunch time) i`ll meet whoever fancies it just before the Clown Roundabout at 6.15pm......you`ll need waders and be prepared for a long walk.They have been taking rag,but crab is the top bait.....you can always take sandeels for the rays.
They`ve been getting caught on various rigs and hook sizes....don`t think it makes much difference

ill be up for sat evnin kev if i can get some crab working sat morning so will have to buy em but will try fishing with just rag or maybe bit of rag and squid if i cant get crab

About 15 rods out last night and only 1 small hound came to a lad from Blackpool Flukie Phil had a 2 1/2lb bass and i had a smaller one,but other than that it was just a few dabs....oh and i caught the smallest codling ever it was the size of an anchovey lots of crab activity last night,stripping the baits (has`nt been like that before)...even the dabs were thin on the ground tomorrow`s another day.............

Not much joy on the crabbing front yesterday,so i`ll be out on the groynes by the coastguard (end of Harrison Drive) about 4.30pm looking for a few,then out fishing

going out to fix 1 rod with a ring damaged last week, and 2 reels damaged last nite in Caldy..

if can't be fixed, gotta buy new one... poor me student
