Match Report: 3rd round of NWASAC Summer League, Sun 30.6.13, Rock Channel, New Brighton (32 rods).


With ideal conditions in the low water channel at the mouth of the Mersey Estuary there were very good catches of the three species of flatfish on offer and a few school bass. Local ace John Waugh was the clear winner over runner-up, Welsh International, Joe Arch and took the lead in the points table. Another local matchmen, John S. Williams was third.
