All the signs were good for the codling,but it was a very disappointing night The low water mark at the Royal needs to be fished on really big springs,as you can`t get out on to the bank (another 40yds out) on 31.8ft tides....i had the only fish of the session,a small codling
We moved to the Gynn Wall to fish it up,and it was soon packed out with anglers Sven was made up to have a noddy with a bell on his rod,fishing next to him ding-a-ling all night if people need to use them,then why the f**k can`t they take them off when casting and reeling in
Anyway,it was poor to say the least,with myself taking another small codling plus 1 whiting and 1 flounder Stu had a whiting on his last chuck Wendy made the brews don`t know what Sven was playing at

Thanks to Stu and Wendy for putting me and Sven up last night It`s the first time anyone`s made breakfast for me for a while top bacon buttys Stu ....the rumours are true,Wendy IS grumpy in the morning
p.s. Sven said,if you use Vanish,it should get the stains out of his sheets

Had a good weekend, unfortunately the fish wern't showing but good laffs were had by all.

Sven is that a 7ft rod rest you`ve got.... if so where did ya get it and how much. i need a new one as mines too small for my rod well it isnt to small just the rods to sodin big
