Merseyside----Harrison Drive (High water)

A mile of walled promenade with plenty of close parking makes this a popular venue particularly during the summer months. The fishing itself is pretty average at best, though it does have it`s day.A few smooth hounds and bass are taken every summer, along with flounders and eels.Winter is more productive with whiting, dabs and codling, though not in the numbers you`d see from other Mersey marks. It is,however a pleasant way to spend a summers afternoon
The most popular area is around the double slipway, near to the Clown roundabout.Best fished on tides of 28ft+ from around 2 hours or so before high water.

Directions.....Follow signs for New Brighton and you can`t miss the prom to the left of Fort Perch Rock......It`s actually called Kings Parade (A554)
