From what i have heard i think he already knows

do bottom hook as normal to cascade swivel ,tie top hook leave line 5 to 6" longer , clip rig up ,clip top hook up take line to bottom of swivel bend line over and twist the two bits of line in opposite directions shold have a twisty loop tie knot in it that it , the twist in line acts as a spring

Not sure how the twisty line works? Do you mean a clinch knot?

the twist in the loop when pulled will lengthen,so if you have not correct hook length it gives stretches a bit as the twist in loop unwind
