Well you missed nothing at Blankpool Lee Me and Bren got there handy and had a couple of pints while we watched the first half of the England game should have stayed really We met the lads from WSF and got our bait from a Blankpool digger,which was also a joke £25 for the worst lug i`ve seen in years it`s very very rare that i have to resort to buying bait,and this brought home the reason why...it was absolute Rather Nice any confidence we had soon drained away Any road up,we fished further along the wall from the other lads,as it was chaka khan...ended up at ST56,just along from the Dolls House.The waves were soon crashing over the wall,soaking us at every opportunity Those Mustad smocks are the business though,as we were both bone dry at the end of the night A few poxy whiting and tiny codling later,and we packed up at 10.30pm to go for the famous keeeeeeeeeebab at Michaels indian restaurant,and beilieve me when i say,it`s the most ridiculously large keeeeebab i`ve ever laid eyes on We were both starving,but there`s no way on gods earth that you could finish one of those fellas,they are huge
Dave Kam rang late on and told us that where he was fishing in the match was carp too with only small fish coming out,though there was reports of a 5lb and 7lb bass being taken All in all a carp nights fishing,which was very disappointing given the ideal conditions....never mind,i`m sure we`ll get plenty of action at Vale Park today

i dont know kev, first your buying burgers instead of kebabs and now when you do get one you cant finish it off....your slipping mate, i reacon your getting too old for this lark now, you will be on liquidised food with millsy next

alrite kev laaaaa. sorry i did'nt make it,a couple of poxxy whiting and a 'pin'cod would have done me got back from 'gilligans island' early than expected so the detour was too early got in, had chips egg and beans, watched ten mins of the footy, woke up 11.45pm slant eyed ive no dout you had a great crack even if the fishing was'nt what was expected.so now i better go and see if my de-frosted mac/squid has'nt stunk my van out

Kev after a carp start last week I ended up at Michaels, (did me for breakfast as well),but went back to fish & caught loads so Keeeeeebabs are good for fishing.
