BEWARE MATE......i had exactly the same experience with a WR300.When i went out with it the next session i cleaned it in half!.Broke at the join,i was totally oops off. When i contacted Century they weren't too interested, and suggested that i contact Gerrys of Morecambe where the rod was purchased.Another slight problem then revealed itself,Gerrys had failed to provide a registration card at the point of sale,so basically nobody was interested whatsoever!.Just bought myself a conoflex now,so we'll see how we get on with that, its actually got a spigot which i prefer so we'll see.
