Zero Plus

Post by Big A »

So what be a close alternative to the Zero Plus that I could pick up second hand. Zero would be perfect as I borrow my mates for the casting field and I like it a lot, but if I can't find one what would be a close second?

excellent rods for tournament casting if you can bend it 13ft with 8ft top section upto 6oz casting weight (i do not tournament cast by the way )stiff action. bite detection very hard to define with small fish you just get a little shudder not a pull . ;) excellent on rough ground ;)
beware of the spigot make sure you have plenty showing it may have been abused for casting only ;)

;) here is one for sale
ZZIPLEX T-ZERO High Performance Beachcaster 13ft rod with 8ft tip in mint condition plus rod bag, £140 ono £140. Telephone: 07042 615250
Price: £140 Wotton-under-edge
do you need a scaffold i can supply and erect tube and fitting/mobile fixed pasma scaffolds

On our last casting club day I borrowed my mates M4 for the day and despite this being a lovely rod and setting a new PB with it, I have to say that it doesn't suit my style of cast and found myself goin out of court a lot, though usually with good distance. This weekend I will be trying Primo Synchros, a standard and an XL. Will be interesting to see how the Synchro feels, I kind of fancy one of these from what i've read. WIll see how it goes on Sunday.
