Ive got a fox impressa 4-6oz beach. Nice rod. Good finish and build quality.
It is fine over rough and mixed ground - not really a classic rough rod but has plenty of back bone. It certainly isnt a 'match' rod - tip sensitivity isnt a strong point - it has no problem chucking out a big bait and a 5 oz wait.
You wouldnt be dissappointed if you bought one especially as they can be had for a bargain price.
However they do suffer from falling slightly between to stools and I dont use mine myself now but pass it over to girlfriend when she goes rough ground fishing with me.
Other issue might be getting hold of another one if you wanted to pair one up.
Mine came with coasters and a reducer. Its not really a reel down rod, but it casts fine reel down. I don't mind coasters, but as you can now buy talons again might want to pair it with one of them.

Make a difference - take home 1 piece of someone's angling litter next time you are out fishing.
