During the day the fishing was slow and i had about 15 carp in the space of 4hrs. But we fished till 7:30 and the fishing really come alive in the margins we had bream barble carp and crewies. Here are a few pics from throught the day.
The first carp was caught on a pop up off the surface which was a mirror of around 8-9lb
The biggest carp of the day being a ghostie of 12lb 1oz
And the best looking fish which was around 6-7lb

i failed to mention that on the 12lber i bust the landing net handle so for the rest of the day i had to use a longish bankstick handle
