Nefyn Beach We set of to Nefyn beach in search of Rays. After a brief tour of the area looking for access to the harbour at the left of the beach we ended up fishing 500 yards to the right of the slipway. The day started bright, but soon clouded over and cooled down. Presentation Night The Winter League was won by Tubby Duckers, with Paul Bonner in second place, and Nathon Duckers in 3rd. Nathon Duckers also won the Cod Shield for catcing th largest cod (3:11:8) in the league. Mic Mac and Dave Worton took joint 1st place in the 2005 Summer league.

Winter League 2005 The final round took place at the "Cod free" Perch Rock. Pity nobody told the Cod. Ian Brookes won with a Codling and dab combination for 3:0:8. More

Winter Open 2005 91 anglers took part in this year's match, which was, as always, a great success. Mark Cornah took the £500 1^st prize and is seen here receiving the Garry Bonner Angling trophy from last year's winner Tony Costello. This was the first match Mark had fished in 3 years, and goes to show that the WSF 2 fish rule gives everyone a chance.
