Time to present Sven with his prizes from Moreton Angling for all his help in running the winter leagues 8)

Then it was off for a stroll to the mark.....

After fishing the league matches in the Mersey,it was great to get away from the proms....

Action Man was first in with a dog taken on sandeel....he said it was intended for huss but we know he was desperate

We were joined by Dave W and Mick Mac 8)

The rods were motionless, but i managed a huge whiting of 0-5-8

Sven missed the best conger run of the night, and apart from a dog for Mick which landed him the heaviest fish pool,iy was poor
Still a great day/night out with the lads and Shaun was top man knocking up the bacon barms 8)

It was an excellent day out and thanks to Kev for organising it !

When we arrvied at the rocks I was given my first ever view of snowdon and it was stunning with the snow topped peaks. Think I sat there for 15 minutes not even setting up, just taking it in.

I had quite a few really good runs, all of which ended up with the fish going to ground and snagging me. Loads of lost tackle and very frustrating

Great company and looking forward to some more sessions this year

cheers
Simon
It has always been my private conviction that any man who pits his intelligence against a fish and loses has it coming.
