Brom Today

Postby Big Kev » Sat Dec 29, 2007 7:16 pm

Arrived at the car park just on noon, and met Les....we strolled down to the front and made our way to the left side....30yds further on was a seatbox and flask "who has left those?" i said to Les...."Oh they`re mine" said Les "i got down here and realised i`d left my rods in the car"  schoolboy error
A few rods were either side of the groyne but there was plenty of space to set up...
We were pretty well sheltered from the gusty wind....
Who is this handsome chap modelling the "no fish anywhere range"...
It was very quiet til 45 mins before high when Les took a micro codling n rockling combo :D
Just when you think the action is gunna start, the skies turned blacker than a gorillas goolies and the wind turned north westerly, making life very uncomfortable......a few more pin whiting plus 1 taker for Les,while i ended the year talking to Les
Poor days fishing but my new rain gear easily passed a stern test 8)
Species 2019...Flounder..Whiting

Thanks for taking the pics Kev. I forgot my camera (thought I'd put it with my rods )

Fishing could have been better, but it was worth the tunnel fares just to see that suit. The Becks of Bromborough
