Cable bay today saturday 10/05/08

Postby LEE DYKINS » Sat May 10, 2008 3:35 pm

Ile keep this short and sweat so i can get to bed.
Got to cable bay this morning for around 04:30am and got tackled up ready for my ray hunt. Arrived at the rock as it was just getting light weather looked perfect no wind and sunshine.
First 10 mins of chucking in i started to get knocks from the usual suspects the doggies i think i accounted for around 21 i think no rays were in sight which was surprising considering the conditions. Bang on low i had a good pull round which resulted in my only Thornie of the day which weighed in at 2-7-0. Nothing much happened after that until the flood when the dogs came out to bite again. High water came near around 1pm when i got a belter of a knock i thought it was going to be a personal best Thornie but a huss of 9-11-0 didn't give it long after that as i was falling asleep and decided to tackle up and head home. Heres the pictures sorry about the report could of done better just to tired
