Park by the tap pub near the little jettie then look right and walk behind the trees as far as you like up too the dock
hard to cast as there are trees near behind you and the ground is rough so can be snaggy
but the codling do hang around there and you are fishing from the railings on a small wall

or drive past the tap pub and into the back car park nearest to the shore you will find a little walk throu
that will take you onto the mud and rocks there are a few ledges there that can fish well
but again snaggy ground and mud as you are on the shore

you could try the gun here viewtopic.php?f=53&t=21275

or woodside, viewtopic.php?f=53&t=12305

almost anywhere you can get to the water around Birkenhead can fish well. look in the venue section
