Sunday June 15th....Rock Channel (see venues directions) The smooth hounds and thornbacks make this the best month of the year on the Mersey,but you must be prepared for a long hard slog to reach the marks.Chest waders are a must as you need to cross a deep channel asap before yomping a good mile out through knee high water :badgrin: You will defo need peeler to tempt the hounds,and though the rays are also tuned in to them at this time of year,you will still have a chance of taking them on sandeel/mack baits.
Low water is @ 4pm so we`ll be meeting 300yds before the Clown Roundabout from 12.30pm to get suited n booted and ready to go as soon as the water drops enough

This meet should see blue skies,sun crackin` the flags,gentle s/w breeze,and a lot more hounds n rays showing....you know it makes sense.I`ll be there an hour or so earlier to have a bit of casting practice,if anyone fancies it ;)

I may drag myself to this one..... Just to pull back on my dab standings :lol: :lol: :lol: Is anyone from liverpool side going crabbing sometime over next week... if yes can i scav a lift off you please :D Much appreciated :p

Swimming out there would help them broken bones. They do it with racehorses you know :lol: :lol:

Make sure you take a mobile mark... if you leg goes your gonna have to call the coastguard to be air lifted :lol: :lol: :lol:
