first venue was Holyhead harbour for some mackerel
first couple of casts you are just finding the distance and depth the mack are at / once you hit them its game on.
video of the session.

after the mack it was on to 2 different rock venues but this proved very hard going on both marks with just a small corkwing wrasse and a small bullhuss.

Wed 28/8/2019
venue was perch rock
again very hard going none stop ooops floating out with the tide and when you could stay out the crabs where striping any sort of bait before anything got chance to hook its self?
11 other anglers out had a walk along for a chat only 1 small ray came out ? rest of us all blanked,
so hence I won't be bothering with fishing it tomorrow its dead at the moment
my sea fishing videos https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCEhImE ... Y5Q/videos
I fish for the enjoyment I get out of it and the sport the fish provide ?

Well done Brian on the macs, hhbw seems to be a jekyll and Hyde venue were it can be on fire or not, them joeys would make great live bait for bass plus the bigger 1's are lovely eating. Strange the way perch has stop producing all of a sudden but guess that's why we all love sea fishing, that shrimp pots a cracker
Getting out fishing is good for the soul, catching is a bonus
