Stu Bromley and myself traveled up from Stafford to fish the Mersey on Sunday.
Leaving at 6am and after M6 closures we arrived on the Wirral at 07:45 and were fishing just after 8am
Cod Corner - Woodside ferry.
Only two fishing the corner, so fished 10 yards down, only one other towards the ferry, surprised nobody was in the normal spots accessed from Alabama Way.
We fished till 12:45pm just after the 9.3 tide, a few hook snags but no leads lost. Stu caught 7 Codlets around 1.5 -1 hour before the top of the tide.

Apart from that a single Dab another Codlet plus a single Whiting throughout the session.
Vale Park
Next stop was to wait for the tide to drop at Vale Park
