.
My self and Tom decided to hit the hoyle bank for some autumn Bass and flounder
we dug up some fresh worm and got set up ready for the flooding tide
we picked are spot well today and the fish were on the feed from the off.
after only 10 minutes we were both into the flounders
but little did we know just how busy it was going to be out there today.
Tom was smashing them every cast.
Then a nice double header from me sure the best fish so far a 1.5.0.
i followed this with the next cast at 1.5.0. once again.
We were now pushed out from the first channel
and off the sandbank backwards to the next gully
we waited about 15 mins for the channel too flood
and again we were straight back into the fish.
Something had already tried too eat this one.
Another nice double shot for me
and a better fish for 38cm and 1.7.4.
Tom is still pulling them flounder out
and very well done also.
Again we were pushed off the bank and over too the next gully
we then waited again not too long till it flooded
and we were right back into the fish once again.
Then the fish we had been after
finley put in an appearance for Tom
a nice school bass just over a pound.
I am now thinking this is silly sesion
as once again i am back into the flounders.
Then two really good flounders on the bounce first one at 1.7.0.
And the Next one was at 41.cm and 1.8.9.
the best one of the day.
And one more flounder followed that fish.
But we were now pushed too far back from the gullies
and we were both knackered and short on bait so we called it a day
mission accomplished and we were both very happy angalers
a grate stamp of fish were there also today
but we were not looking forward to the long walk back off the hoyle
