Moel Y Don 13/09/18

Postby Dyl » Sun Sep 16, 2018 12:19 pm

Had a nice mixed bag at Moel Y Don on Thursday evening
Fished 18:00-21:00
Low was 20:30ish 0.6M low
Bait was squid, lug & rag

Image

Image

First cast nice sized Dog at 1lbs 14oz followed by a slightly smaller one

Image

Next up was a nice surprise 2lbs 5oz Hound caught on squid and lug

Image

Next up thought it was another Hound again on lug and squid away a nice little Bass at 15oz happy days not a specimen I know but my largest Bass this year

Image

Followed and ended with Cod and what ever that other thing is?

Image

Holding bottom and the weed became a problem as soon as the tide turned. It was a little session with no tackle lost
