North Anglesey

Postby GAZZ3R » Sun Sep 16, 2018 8:12 am

With not many options of places to fish due to the wind I decided on a Rock mark over on North Anglesey. On arrival there was a fair bit of tidal pull and movement on the water.Once the tidal flow eased off I started to get the odd take off wrasse on a float set up and Pollock to a soft plastic. As the light faded the sea went really calm and out went the Conger rod, to cut a long story short, again takes from the off, 1st fish a small pollock, then after that other big takes which ended up witheither nothing on at the end or being taken into a snag. End result was a small strap, a small wrasse n 2 Pollock, biggest being 1lb 11oz, a lovely mark well out of the wind  https://www.flickr.com/gp/152834196@N06/53GKeV
